Terms & Refund Policy

Scope of work

Every engagement starts with an agreed scope — deliverables, platforms, timeline and reporting. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Payments

• Packages are payable in advance through the checkout on this site.
• Local payments are processed in BDT (SSLCOMMERZ, bKash) and international payments in USD (Stripe, 2Checkout).
• Advertising budget (ad spend) is paid directly by the client to the ad platform and is not included in any package price.
• A receipt/invoice PDF is issued automatically after a successful payment.

Delivery

Work begins once payment is confirmed and the required assets (ad account access, website access, brand materials, product information) are provided. Delays in providing access shift the delivery timeline accordingly.

Results disclaimer

Advertising and marketing outcomes depend on product, pricing, market and budget. I commit to professional execution, transparent reporting and continuous optimisation — I cannot guarantee a specific revenue, ROAS or ranking figure.

Refunds

• Full refund if you cancel before work has started and no assets or accounts have been set up.
• Partial refund, pro-rated against completed deliverables, if the engagement is stopped mid-way by mutual agreement.
• No refund for completed and delivered work, ad spend already used, or third-party fees (domains, hosting, licences, gateway charges).
• Refund requests are reviewed within 7 working days of receipt.

Revisions

Design and development packages include the revision rounds stated in the package. Additional rounds are billed at the standard hourly rate.

Confidentiality & ownership

Business information shared with me stays confidential. On full payment, the ownership of delivered custom work transfers to the client; I retain the right to showcase non-confidential results in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
